Problem with bulk download python script

Hi!
I use the ASF bulk download python script to download S1 files, but it fails.
I set the study area and accept all eulas in my profile. I checked the ".bulk_download_cookiejar.txt" file in my home dir (suggested in a previous post), but it doesn't exist.
I appreciate any help. Thanks.
