Hello, I'm new to pulling data through AppEEAR and NASA earthdata so please forgive me if this isn't the forum to be posing this question to. I recently submitted an AppEEAR request via. interface from RStudio. The request appears to have gone through but is taking forever to be complete. I don't believe it was a very large pull (a tiff file for daily temperatures for month of December 2025 over spatial scale of ~2000km^2) but maybe it was? I noticed there was an alert message regarding AppEEAR- is the extended time to fulfill this request related to this issue? Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated as again I am very new to this process.

Sorry for the delay with your MOD11A1 request through AppEEARS. You are correct, your request is not too large and normally it goes rather quick. However, the CMR, which is the data base where all NASA EOSDIS orders acquire the metadata to fulfill requests has been having issue4s the last couple days. They are working on this, and it should be resolved soon and your order will be fulfilled. Thanks for your patience.
