APPEEARS requests stuck in pending for days

by savee » Thu Feb 05, 2026 7:43 am America/New_York

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing unusually long processing times for multiple APPEEARS requests. Jobs that typically complete in ~10 minutes have been waiting for days and still show as not started / not processing.

Could you please check whether there is an ongoing backlog or issue affecting the processing queue, and whether these specific requests are stuck or need to be resubmitted?

Request IDs:

a9119a5e-cf37-4b26-912d-2e6d7616fa75

5268694a-01e6-42d0-9f2c-3e10f27a34ef

If you need any additional details I can provide them.

Thank you

Hi @savee AppEEARS is currently working through a high demand of requests. Your requests look correct to us, they should hopefully process soon. I apologize for the delay.

Hi,
We apologize for the delays. AppEEARS is working through an extremely large backlog of requests that are the result of primarily the CMR issues from last week. The developers are also working on ways to expediate the backlog. Thanks for your patience.
