Data file revisions in project merges on SOOT

In the SubOrbital Order Tool (SOOT) how can I identify what data file revision was included in previous project merges if it doesn't specify?
Project merges do not always include a list of included files. In this case, or if a merge with newer data sets is desired, the SOOT tool allows for individuals to customize their own merge and a list of included files will be provided.
