SWOT L2 Discharge Estimates

I am trying to find the SWOT Level 2 Discharge estimates, and it appears they are not yet available. I am aiming to ensure that I am not overlooking anything, since this is a new dataset with multiple access tools. Here's a summary of the avenues I've checked, if level 2 discharge is available, please point me to the correct repository or webpage.

1. Hydrocron API with River SP Version D data - this currently lists -999999999999 for all discharge related variables, this appears to be noted as a future improvement on the hydrocron github already
2. Downloading individual granules from NASA Earth Data Search - this yields shapefiles that also list all discharge variables at -999999999999

Are Level 2 discharge estimates available anywhere, or are they yet to be released? If so, are the level 4 Sword of Science discharge estimates the only available discharge estimates derived from the SWOT mission? Thank you for your assistance.

Just also interested in SWOT Level 2 discharge estimation and meeting the same issue.

The SWOT project is not currently producing a L2 discharge estimate. Currently the L4 SOS Discharge product (https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/catalog/pocloud-swot-l4-hr-dawg-sos-discharge-v3-3) is the only discharge product we are distributing. The SWOT L2 products will continue to have fill values.
