TEMPO O3TOT qa_statistics

The qa_statistics group in the L2 O3TOT files appear to be empty. There are variables in this group in the L3 O3TOT files. Is this expected?

Yes, it is expected. While the qa_statistics group is present in the L2 O3TOT data files, only the L3 O3TOT data files have data for the variables in the qa_statistics group.
