Missing L2_HR_PIXC Data, Pass 419, Tiles 233

Hi,
I am currently working with SWOT L2_HR_PIXC data. I am particularly interested in Pass 419, focusing on tiles 233R and 233L, and more broadly on tiles 232.
I have noticed that the data for these specific tiles only exists for cycles 12 and 13. For all other cycles, they are completely absent from the catalog.

I am therefore trying to understand why this data is not generated or distributed outside of these two specific cycles.
