Issues accessing Planet imagery

Hello all - wondering if other CSDA users are experiencing an error while trying to log into Planet.com? I am getting a AunthenticationError that my user is blocked. I had never seen this error message before and I never got an email with a notice about my account about to be blocked.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I am not sure if you and I already touched base via email, regarding the AuthenticationError message, but please email
csda-support@nasa.gov if this is a new ticket. If not a new ticket, please respond to your existing ticket with follow up ensuring that the reference to your existing ticket # is visible in the subject. The CSDA Data Management Team is looking into this on their end and we will follow up soon. Thank you for your patience.
