Dear Support,

The download from the ob.daac server is experiencing a lot of "curl: (18) transfer closed with ?????? bytes remaining to read" error. And the speed is one order of magnitude slower than before.

The command example:
curl -b ~/.urs_cookies -c ~/.urs_cookies -L -n --retry 5 --retry-delay 2 --max-time 0 https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/ob/getfile/JPSS1_VIIRS.20260502T161800.L1A.nc -o /work/l1a/JPSS1_VIIRS.20260502T161800.L1A.nc

Hello, I've not been able to reproduce this issue. Have you been able to retrieve your file?

I also reported this issue to system manager by email. I've been informed of the cause, and the problem was addressed over the weekend and on Monday. But thanks for your attention and time.
