Hi, is OPeNDAP service available for VJ243C4 product?

I can't find any LP DAAC OPeNDAP server URL from [1].

Hi @hyoklee LP DAAC On-prem OPeNDAP Services were retired when we moved to the cloud. Additional information on this can be found here: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/alerts-outages/modis-version-6-1-opendap-access-lp-daac-retired and here: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/alerts-outages/nasadem-srtm-aster-gdem-aster-global-water-bodies-opendap-access-lp-daac. That said, the Cloud OPeNDAP links for these data can be found in CMR and Earthdata Search under the metadata.

Do you know why Panoply can't visualize a Grid dataset via OPeNDAP?

Hi @hyoklee After looking into it, we are not sure why you are seeing that error. It might be worth reporting this to the Panoply team: https://www.giss.nasa.gov/tools/panoply/. Currently, the best way to download these data is through Earthdata Search, we do have plans to add these data to AppEEARS in the next couple of months. Thanks -- Danielle
