The batch download returned empty data.

I recently submitted Order for data. I received the automated email stating that the data would be staged and provided a wget command. However, when I used the wget command to download, only an order checksum manifest file was downloaded, and that file is empty (it contains only the header, with no list of filenames). It seems that the backend did not generate the files, or the staging process failed. Moreover, when I load the order link, it also shows only that same checksum manifest file.Any answer is fine.
