I am having the same access error when trying to access https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/centers/ob-daac or any ocean color data download site.

Yes, it's the same for everyone, don't Panic.. even I was facing the same issue.. WANNA ask for a little help.. so I've enrolled in NASA ARSET Course.. The name is Harnessing NISAR: NextGen Applications.. and i need to submit my homwork after attending the three sessions in order to get the certificate.. but the site is showing 403 error from few days and the homework time will be finished in 2 days.. so I kindly wanna ask if u have the homework GOOGLE FORM link!

All the links lead to the same webpage:

I am also finding this. If I e.g. go to https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/l3/ I get directed to https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/centers/ob-daac
