Providers > NON-GOVERNMENTAL/NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS > IACS

Short Name: IACS
Long Name: International Association of Cryospheric Sciences

Definition: IACS is one of eight associations of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG). IACS encourages research on cryospheric sciences through collaboration and co-operation among individuals, institutions, and research programs, and provides opportunities for international discussion and publication of the results of research on cryospheric structures and processes.
