Impossibilité d'acceptation du CLUF | Unable to accept the EULA

Je n'arrive pas à télécharger une image Alos Palsar. On me demande d'accepter un contrat, chose que je fais. Mais à chaque fois, un autre message apparait disant que je dois accepter le CLUF: erreur 401. Quand je retourne sur mon profil, le menu CLUF ne s'active pas. veuillez donc m'aider. merci

I am unable to download an ALOS PALSAR image. I am asked to accept an agreement, which I do. However, each time, another message appears stating that I must accept the EULA (Error 401). When I return to my profile, the EULA menu does not activate. Please help me. Thank you.
