Mismatch between pixels flagged as fill values by QA_PIXELS and nodata in individual greyscale images

Hi,
I was looking at LC09_L1TP_141041_20260810_20260810_02_T1_B4 image and the bit 0 in QA_PIXELS masked out the areas at the sides as shown in the figure. But, they aren't labelled as nodata values in the image itself. Please let me know the reason for this or is this an error?

Hello @sudinhydro Our Landsat team here at EROS is looking into what you are seeing. They have a few questions for you. Would you please email custserv@usgs.gov and reference this post in your email? Thanks - Danielle
