Hello, our subscriptions through OBDAAC are still giving errors for all of our regions.
https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/list?

Every one when we try to click and download our L2 passes gives ERROR page (see attached). This is on all web browsers and Mac and PC. What are we missing here?

Thank you for reaching out regarding your issue with accessing your subscriptions. May I ask if you can clear your cache and verify if you are still experiencing issues with accessing your subscriptions and regions after clearing your cache?

I want to also confirm if you are viewing the subscriptions under the following credentials:

Username: mattupton
Email: matt2@roffs.com

Please let me know if you this is correct or if you are experiencing the issue under another user account to help with further troubleshooting.

YES, cleared cache and cookies on both Mac and PC, using Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers, and still same issue, ERROR page on all our subscriptions and regions, can't even view or download passes.

Also confirmed mattupton and matt2@roffs.com is the account.

We have just discovered an issue with the way that our application was routing users' subscriptions to the results page, and the bug should now be corrected. Is the page working for you now?
