Problem downloading data | GRUMPv1: Coastlines

I've tried downloading the following data source from Earthdata only to receive an error occuring and subsequently failing the download when using Earthdata downloader: Global Rural-Urban Mapping Project, Version 1 (GRUMPv1): Coastlines. Anyone know why this data is not being downloaded

There are some accessibility issues with this dataset through Earthdata Search that will need to be solved. In the meantime, Harvard Dataverse has also archived it, and it can be accessed here:
https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/PB9NRU.
