I recently upgraded SeaDAS from version 2025.1 to version 2026.5 and noticed that the surface reflectance values (rhos) in the L2 file changed when processing the same input L1B data. As a result, the AFAI values also changed. Specifically, the AFAI values in the new version are consistently lower, especially in the high end.
I would like to include two images here but don't see an attachment button.
Does anyone know what changes in SeaDAS that might account for the differences in surface reflectance (rhos) values between these two versions? I would greatly appreciate any insights or explanations. Thanks!

Re: Differences in surface reflectance (rhos) values between two SeaDAS versions
The computation of rhos should not have changed. Can you provide an example L1B filename for which you see this discrepancy?

For example, PACE_OCI.20250627T173045.L1B.V3.nc.
