SeaDAS 6.2 - Update 02b

Dear SeaDAS Community,

This is to announce the release of another update to the second update to SeaDAS version 6.2 :-)

This update (update_02b) includes the updated static data files for MODIS-Aqua processing
necessary to match the processing results of the recent mini-reprocessing.
