Update to SeaDAS scripts that connect via HTTP

With the upcoming switch to HTTPS for the Ocean Color websites, a corresponding update to the SeaDAS scripts that connect to these websites was necessary.  These changes have been made and users will need to update theirOCSSW code.  From the SeaDAS GUI:MainMenu->OCSSW->Update OCSSWFrom the command-line:$OCSSWROOT/run/scripts/install_ocssw.pyRegards,SeanUPDATE:An issue was identified.  See the following post for a description of the problem and the resolution:https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/ ... ?pid=27591
