VIIRS SST Level 2 Subscriptions

Is anything wrong with the level 2 VIIRS SST subscriptions? We have not received up-to-date data for a day or so depending on region.

VIIRS SST production is nominal. Can you provide a subscription id?

Looks like things are catching up now. Most of our VIIR SST subscriptions were running about 24+ hours behind, but they just started to populate with the most recent data. Thanks.

OK - in the future, please include a subscription id when reporting a subscription problem
It will help in tracing the problem.

Sure. No problem. In this case it appeared to be happening for roughly 20-30 of our subscriptions IDs. All seem seems to be working now, but if there is a next time, I'll send a few example IDs.
