NISAR geolocation error .. or plotting error?

Just curious whether anybody understands the below. Data looks interesting over a USDA site here in Colorado. But in at least one scene, it is totally misaligned or something. Crop circles are covering the runway in the image.

July 10th, clearly crop circles here but in wrong places, on runway for instance.

From Aug 15th (below), looks fine, the vertical dark strip to right (bottom to top) at right edge of selection box is the N-S runway at airport. Clearly in July 10 .. it has crop circles over it.

Earthdata website problem? I see some issues w/ quick looks but the example shown is pretty trivial looking, this seems reasonably large.
